Message If you think you're going to have that much trouble finding them, take it to a shop. Their exact location will depend on if you have the pre-cats or aftermarket downpipes. Passenger side is basically below the passenger side VTCs. Try looking either straight down or down next to the battery area. The drivers side can be seen peeking through the open space under the brake master cylinder, etc area. Find the cord, and follow it down should also work.

Make sure you buy/rent a O2 socket. Harbor Freight has them for cheap, auto stores loan them.

My experience for working with my downpipes, not pre-cats:
Yes you will need to jack the car up.

For the PS, I would really recommend a second set of hands, 1 up top, and one below. Use the set of hands under the car to guide the socket over the O2. The hands up top will do the cranking on the socket wrench. Due to clearances and the special O2 socket, you can only turn the wrench so far, and then you need to reset it. After that the person below should be able to back it out by hand. Attach new O2 to old one and pull up so you don't have to fish the wire up. Hand tighten, then work with your friend above to get the socket on and tighten it If you don't use a second set of hands here, it will 2-3x longer as you pop up and down and try to get the socket to stay on and in the right place.

For the DS, you can do everything from below with 1 set of hands. Use the socket from below, you will have to probably reset it once to get it loose enough, then hand loosen. Technically a second set of hands can be helpful here to pull the sensor/wire up, but not as necessary. Hand tighten back down, and tighten with socket.
